What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you type into it. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and we do not ask for payment details online at all.
If you call or visit the shop, we take whatever details are needed to do the work — typically your name, a contact number and the vehicle’s details. A Maryland safety inspection also requires vehicle information to be recorded and transmitted to the Motor Vehicle Administration; that is a legal requirement of holding an inspection station license, not something we choose.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to carry out and record work on your vehicle, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with being a licensed Maryland inspection station. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Who can see it
Inquiries sent through this website are emailed to the shop and stored so we can find them again. The website is hosted by a third-party hosting company and the notification emails are sent through a third-party mail service; both can technically access data stored or transmitted on our behalf, and both are used only for that purpose.
Inspection results are transmitted to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration as the law requires. Beyond that, we share your details with other people only when you ask us to, or when we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while they are useful for answering you and for our own records. Inspection and repair records are kept for as long as Maryland requires a licensed station to keep them.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking. Your browser may store ordinary technical information needed to display the page, and our host keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
